Here the accommodation can accommodate everything worth knowing from A to Z in German and English.

Arrival

your room will be available for you to check-in from 3 pm and will be reserved until 6 pm, if you don’t let reception know that you arrive later
unfortunately it is not possible to book a certain room number or floor
if you arrive late we will have to charge the full price of your room or apartment

BABY

For our smallest guests we can provide high quality cots made of solid wood.

Bar

CHECK IN

Our regular check-in starts at 14:00

CHECK OUT

Please leave your room on your last day at 11:00.

DARKNESS

If you want to hiking late at the evening, you can borrow headlights at the reception desk.

Departure

if you check-out early we will charge the full price for the room, without half board
please check-out until 11 am on your departure day

Garage

we will reserve a parking space in our hotel underground car park for you free of charge
you can choose whether you would like us to park your car or whether you would like to park it yourself, but you cannot drive it in and out every day
on request and depending on availability we offer a garage for our apartment guests, which costs € 15 per day
there’s an outdoor parking space available for each room or apartment free of charge

Ski Room

located in chalet Bellevue opposite the hotel door
there are numbers for each room in the ski room, so that every guest has their own space for their ski equipment
the ski room is open between 7.30 am to 6 pm, during night we will lock the ski room
you can only access the room with a chip after 7 pm, which you can get at reception
the shoe dryers also have room numbers, please put your shoes underneath the hot air which is coming out of the holes
there are two glove heaters in the room as well which you can use
